Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total. In the event of a cancellation or late arrival beyond the grace period, the deposit will be forfeited.

Grace Period & Late Arrivals

We offer a 5-minute grace period for all appointments.

After 10 minutes, services will be modified to fit the remaining appointment time. Please note that modifications may limit certain services or finishes.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations and missed appointments without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
